Our goal as teachers is to create a beautiful space that is both handmade and carefully crafted to inspire. Imaginative play, a fairy-tale forest story time room, and natural materials of all kinds are building blocks to unlock creativity, and are just some of the tools we use to animate imagination. The outside world of our space is a world where kids can learn how to grow vegetables and then cook with them, nurture a plant from seed to wilt, and watch the rhythms of nature as we move through the seasons. We put the utmost importance on process and taking the time to appreciate the how, why, where, and when of the things we do to allow an intricate and meaningful perspective. It is through this engagement and play that we believe children can learn self motivating skills that form a strong basis for the rest of their lives.
